3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us immediately if this occurs.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, the return process must be followed.
